If a guest fails to make such an enquiry, Dips Foods Ltd accepts no responsibility for any allergic reaction or illness that may occur.
Allergy Information Document
Where possible, Dips Foods Ltd will provide an Allergen Information Sheet to be displayed at the food service area. This sheet is based on our standard recipes for each dish. In case this allergen information sheet is not displayed, you must ask the head chef on the day for guidance.
Please note that all dishes contain or may contain traces of the following allergens (celery, gluten, dairy, lupin, mustard, mixed nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soya, sulphur dioxide, and other potential allergens that you may have). Because all food is prepared in the same kitchen using shared equipment, oils, utensils, and packaging, and therefore there is a 100% risk of cross-contamination. Please note we have not written the other allergens as per UK law as they are non-veg and we don’t use or cook non-veg food.
Strictly, Dips Foods are not able to guarantee that our food is free from any allergies that you may suffer from due the complex cooking process in our multi use kitchen.
Due to these unavoidable risks, Dips Foods Ltd strongly advises any person with a food allergy or dietary requirement should not consume any of our food products.

Food Safety and Consumption
Clients are strongly advised that all food supplied by Dips Foods Ltd must be consumed within two (2) hours of initial collection or delivery. Where the catering service is hired, we advise for the food to be consumed within 2 hours of serving.
Any food consumed after this two-hour period is done so entirely at the client’s discretion and risk as the client takes up on themselves full liability and responsibility and acceptability.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the event schedule allows food to be served within this timeframe.
Should food be served or consumed after the two-hour period, Dips Foods Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any food safety or health-related issues.
Where food is collected by the client, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all food is stored, transported, and served at appropriate temperatures in accordance with food hygiene regulations.
